Bringing your dreams to life,
in the community we love.

As sisters who grew up in Belmont, we have a great affinity and passion for the unique communities we serve and the neighbors we know. With a mom and dad involved in Boston real estate as a REALTOR® and real estate attorney, we have lived the commitment and service that is required to build success and serve every client with heart and soul. That’s why we welcome every prospective client like a member of our family and promise to treat each transaction with equal respect and care.

Our sales totaled over $90 million in the past 24 months, but our success is also measured in the gardens we tended, the furniture we arranged and the "hands we held" at every step of the way. To us, a house is not a sale, but a home to be cherished, whether you are saying goodbye or opening the door to a new beginning.

We’re here to explore every possibility with you and promise professional expertise, impeccable execution and an unmatched love of our communities and the people who make our work so fulfilling.

Over 37 years ago I began my real estate career as an office manager in a small Cambridge real estate agency on Huron Avenue. Growing up, my dad was a Real Estate attorney for a firm in Boston. My mother, in addition to doing serious volunteer work, sold real estate in our home town of Belmont. Almost every evening, before/after and sometimes during dinner, I would hear different stories about transactions and negotiations and the law surrounding the different aspects of real estate. What I learned most of all was that my parents had genuine integrity in their work. A lesson I am happy to have learned and practiced throughout my career.

In 1974 I graduated from The Winsor School. In Boston. During my senior year I had the special opportunity to attend The Belmont Hill School, an all-male school that my dad had attended when he was young. In 1978 I received a B.A. in biology from Wheaton College. After that I moved to Cambridge and have lived here ever since. I met my husband, Rick, when he was referred to me as a buyer. Here we are 28 years later living on Shepard Street, next to the Radcliffe Quad, in a Victorian home we rescued and renovated 23 years ago. Our son, Nicholas, graduated from The Belmont Hill School and Duke University. Currently completing a Master’s program at the London School of Economics he has moved to the DC area and is looking forward to a position with The Federal Reserve Bank.

Service has always been an integral part of my life, inspired early on by my mother. My recent commitments include organizing the Christ Church “Be an Angel” program, which provides dozens of well deserving children in the DCF system with clothing and gifts. And, 2020 was my first year as Chair of the “Thursday Morning Talks” Committee that raises money to benefit The Mount Auburn Hospital. This year, the 84th, we were able to raise and donate $63,000 to a fund that will build a “Healing Garden” at the Hospital. This garden will provide much needed fresh air space for patients and their families while at the Hospital.

In addition to being a competitive tennis player, I have a passion for gardening and having impromptu drop in dinners, the more the merrier. Most of all, the passion of my career has been in helping clients have a smooth transition during one of the most important events of their lifetime.

For 27 years prior to coming to work in Real Estate, I served in a position that required mastery of New Business Development, Project Management and Team Management across disciplines to develop and support promotional marketing programs for corporate clients and not-for-profit groups. This experience provided me with a unique skill set that we use to benefit our clients.

I graduated from Noble and Greenough School (Dedham, MA) in 1978, subsequently earning my Bachelors degree in Values and Social Policy from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I raised my two daughters in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and relocated to the Boston area – coming home – in 2015, to work with Myra and to help support our Mother as she enters a stage of life requiring more family support.

When Myra and I aren’t engaged in guiding and serving our clients, we both serve on various local boards and organizations in our community. The Auxiliary of The Mount Auburn Hospital, Swim Across America, Cambridge DCF, and Wheelworks Multisport are among the organizations to which I give my time and talents..

I love to be out in nature. I am a triathlete, yogi, trail runner and open water swimmer; I am a life-long learner, I love to read, write and create through different media, and am committed to a daily meditation practice.

My guiding principle is…

What will you bring to life today?

MEET THE TEAM
